"Supporting Youth Entrepreneurial Opportunities and Investment studies in Georgia," is a project of "Business Consulting Network Georgia", the Association of  Young Economists of Georgia’s (AYEG) subsidiary’s. The project is funded by Estonian Foreign Ministry and the US State Department. Last year, the project had 14 business projects funded. Among them was The Greenhouse of Strawberry „San Andreas”.

“I first learned about the project from my friend. I have always wanted to start my own business but I haven’t have enough financial recourses. So I decided to participate in this project.  After receiving grant I built greenhouse for strawberry and start manufacturing.  My greenhouse is distinguished by the fact that we plant strawberries in the terraces as it significantly increases productivity. Currently I have 3 employees, from time to time we hire a few people. For future I am planning to expend my business and start growing strawberries in the open ground and sell seedlings.

Finally, I would like to advise future beneficiaries, if they want to be successful in their business they have to work hard and do their best.
