ASSOCIATION OF YOUNG ECONOMISTS GEORGIA
On the 15th of December Association of Young Economists of Georgia, in the framework of the project “Citizens’ empowerment for accountability and participation in program budgeting process on municipal level” organized meeting in Borjomi Municipality. AYEG worked to help municipality in budgeting of the following programs: Pre-school institutions and rural assistance Program. It was summing up meeting for the project, where local government representatives introduced budget to local population. According to The budget local government will repair 4 kindergartens in Kvibisi, Papa, Akhaldaba and Tadzrisi and recover roads and water supply system in Kvibisi and Dviri districts.
Following participant where attended on the meeting: deputy Gamgebelis of Borjomi municipality, head of budget department, head of culture department, representatives of above kindergartens and representatives of Kvibisi and Dviri districts.
The project was funded by GIZ.
